What the site is

The site presents Ristone concrete products (pier caps and wall coping, brick slips and stone-effect cladding, garden stepping stones and decorative elements), guides and a quotation request form.

It is not an online shop: you cannot place orders or make payments on the site.

Quotations and orders

1. You send an enquiry through the form, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
2. Ristone checks products, sizes, quantities, availability and delivery and sends you a quotation.
3. An order becomes firm only after you accept the quotation and Ristone confirms the order.

Prices, lead times, delivery and payment terms are those in the confirmed quotation. Delivery is quoted separately, depending on product, quantity and destination.

United Kingdom: transport, customs duties and import VAT are paid by the buyer.

Calculations and guides

Quantities in the guides and examples are indicative estimates. Final quantities, box counts and pieces are confirmed by Ristone in the quotation, after checking dimensions and the chosen product.

Guides are for information. They do not replace the project design, the product’s installation instructions, or the planning and building rules that apply to your work in your country.

Colours, textures and images

Products are made from concrete pigmented through the mix. The actual shade may look different from photos on the site because of light, screen and texture, and small shade differences between production batches are possible. For the shade, ask for a sample before ordering.

Some images on the site are generated and illustrative; they are labelled as such and do not show work carried out by Ristone.

Copyright

The texts, photographs, images and design elements of the site are protected by copyright. You may not copy or use them commercially without the written consent of Rofactory Prod SRL. You may share links to the site’s pages.

Liability

We work to keep the information on the site accurate and current. Technical data, dimensions and availability are confirmed in the quotation. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information on the site without Ristone’s confirmation.

The site contains links to other sites (for example Google Maps, WhatsApp and sources cited in the guides). We are not responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are resolved by the competent courts, in line with the applicable rules on jurisdiction.
